چکیده

Abstract A sliding mode controller is designed to effectively track the reference current for characteristics of conventional grid-connected controllers that cannot perform static-free tracking. and aiming at jitter phenomenon controller, a boundary layer-based designed, which adopts traditional linear control inside layer outside layer. error limited certain range compensation term used improve problem slow speed. The proposed strategy validated by simulation using matlab software, results prove can achieve grid voltage in same frequency phase, proves effectiveness strategy.

Improved Droop Control Strategy for Grid- Connected Inverters

An improved control strategy for grid-connected inverters within microgrids is presented in this paper. The strategy is based on the classical P-ω and Q-V droop method. The improvement in the proposed control strategy is twofold: Firstly, the transient response of the droop controller is improved by replacing the traditional method of measuring average power, which is based on using a first ord...

Adaptive Sliding Mode Control of Multi-DG, Multi-Bus Grid-Connected Microgrid

This paper proposes a new adaptive controller for the robust control of a grid-connected multi-DG microgrid (MG) with the main aim of output active power and reactive power regulation as well as busbar voltage regulation of DGs. In addition, this paper proposes a simple systematic method for the dynamic analysis including the shunt and series faults that are assumed to occur in the MG. The pres...

A state-dependent boundary layer design for sliding mode control

The use of a boundary layer in sliding-mode control has been a common technique to reduce chattering of the control signal. However, different choices of the boundary layer width lead to conflicting effects: a large/small boundary layer width can more/less effectively alleviate the chattering phenomenon, but leads to less/more accurate control results. This note proposes online adjusting the wi...

Boundary Layer Using Dithering in Sliding Mode Control

Practical issues in the implementation of sliding mode control systems, such as finite switching frequency, time delays and unmodelled dynamics, determine the state to belong to a neighborhood of the sliding manifold (the boundary layer) instead of lying on it. Dithering is here proposed as a technique for the regulation of the boundary layer when the actuator has a natural on-off behaviour. It...

Power control flexibilities for grid-connected multi-functional photovoltaic inverters

This study explores the integration issues of next-generation high-penetration photovoltaic (PV) systems, where the grid is becoming more decentralised and vulnerable. In that case, the PV systems are expected to be more controllable with higher efficiency and reliability. Provision of ancillary and intelligent services, such as fault ride-through and reactive power compensation, is the key to ...
